Nathalie's Food Processor Biscuit Recipe a Winner!

The book is beautiful, and it should have been bound into 2 thinner books. Very heavy to handle, especially for us mature ladies with maybe a bit of arthritis in our hands. However, the first recipe I tried was this morning, and I made a batch of her food processor biscuits, following it to the letter. I have not made biscuits in years, and have never tried food processor recipes for biscuits. They came out perfect--light, fluffy, tall and delicious. Will be trying more of the recipes. Like her style of discussion about each category.
